Registration for the 2015-16 school year is underway!!
If you are NEW to Gault in the fall, see Ebby in the main office for all the info/forms you need or visit the school district website. Enrollment for the fall begins in March. When enrolling your child, please be sure to bring all of the following documents:
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Up-to-date immunization records
- 2 proof of residency items (PG&E, SC Municipal Utilities, mortgage, lease or rental agreement)
We are happy to be part of the Santa Cruz County Open Enrollment
process. If your designated school is not Gault, you are still free to
come to Gault! Simply fill out the Open Enrollment form & submit. We
are excited to have you join our family!
You MUST 1st register with your designated school, then send in the
Intra-District Transfer form to the COE. Enrollment is on a FIRST-COME,
FIRST-SERVED basis so do this NOW to make sure you have a spot! If you
need help, Ebby in the main office can advise. Thank you for choosing
Waiting List Families
If your child is on a waiting list & Gault is your designated
school, be sure to register your child with Gault regardless – in the
fall if there is not a spot reserved for your child here, they could be
sent where there is space until their placement on the waiting list
comes up. Be sure to let Ebby in the main office know that you are
awaiting space elsewhere so she can let our awaiting families know.
